In 2019 the Task Force Health Care organized the ‘’The Health~Holland Visitors Programme (HVP)’’. The HVP consisted of a 3-day program, which allowed 80+ high-level decision-makers (from 15+ different countries) in healthcare to visit and share knowledge with health stakeholders in the Netherlands.

The international participants of 2019 enjoyed the opportunity to meet fellow Dutch professionals who share the same passion and face similar challenges in healthcare. Collective visits were organized to a large number Dutch of institutions and organizations such as; Erasmus Medical Centre on the anticipating trends in healthcare, Maasstad Ziekenhuis, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and ConForte Care Group | GGD Rotterdam Rijnmond.

The program benefitted the delegates who were able to compare policies and procedures, structures, solutions and create partnership opportunities to foster improvement. Their attendance at the congresstival World of Health Care (Rotterdam) marked an annual highlight for the Dutch life sciences & health sector. Around 400 key stakeholders consisting of industry, knowledge institutes, NGO’s, healthcare providers and the government were connected to the 80 high-level decision-makers in international health from Brazil, China, France, Germany, Kenya, Ukraine, India, Indonesia, Japan, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, the United States of America and many more.
