Health~Holland Pavilion | MEDICA 2021

The MEDICA in Düsseldorf is the most important platform for suppliers of medical technology. For the 11^th time, Task Force Health Care will organise the Health~Holland Pavilion at the MEDICA. The perfect opportunity for Dutch SMEs to expand their network and meet potential customers.

Hybrid program

Health~Holland (the Dutch Topsector Life Sciences & Health) describes MEDICA as a strategically important trade fair. We will organise the Health~Holland Pavilion at the Messe in Düsseldorf in cooperation with Health~Holland and at the request of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).

Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, it will be a hybrid program this year. The Health~Holland Pavilion will be 72m2, and there is an additional digital program to increase your reach.

Exhibitor package (limited amount available)

• focus more on your individual (pre-) marketing & meetings, TFHC will arrange everything related to the pavilion!

Prices for participation

The All-in exhibitor package costs € 3.500,- (excluding VAT)*, this is including:

• Your own networking desk including company branding
• Production and mounting of your own company poster
• 1 WiFi card (4 days)
• Compulsory Media Fee

Rules due to COVID-19

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, a protocol will be drawn up for participation in the Health~Holland Pavilion. For instance, to comply with the current 1.5-meter distance rule, companies may only participate with a maximum of 1 person per exhibitor package. In addition, there will be no physical (network) meetings in the Health~Holland Pavilion. We will organize all meetings digitally. However, if the situation improves and (with decreasing numbers) physical events become possible, then of course we will upscale our onsite program and accept 2 persons per exhibitor package.

Would you like to participate in the Health~Holland Pavilion at the MEDICA 2021? Please fill in the online registration form before 16 July 2021.

• Only a limited amount of exhibitor packages are available!
• If necessary, you can cancel your participation before July 16th
• You will receive an invoice for 100% of the participation fee at registration
• On July 16^th your registration will become binding and cancellation will cost 100% of your participation fee
• If the exhibition is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions ‘at any time’ then a cancellation fee of € 850,- will apply.
