Join us at the 5th Nordic Conference on Sustainable Healthcare. We will attend the conference and additional collective activities. Together with the Dutch Embassy in Stockholm, TFHC will organise the NL Lounge at this conference, providing the perfect opportunity for Dutch SMEs to expand their network and meet potential customers and partners from all over Europe.

What to expect?

The overarching topics of interest during this conference with additional collective activities are Sustainability, eHealth, Medical Technology and Hospital Build.

The programme is still under development but will include the following elements:

1. Intake call & introduction:

Intake call & introduction: to increase the quality and success of the visit, an individual intake call and joint preparation session will be organized.

NL Lounge offers you a unique and professional stand with opportunities to receive guests during the conference on October 11th. You will benefit from our exhibitor package, which consists of: A live exhibition, possible participation during one of the break-out sessions at the conference as expert speaker, conference entrance tickets, increasing visibility by (pre-)marketing, additional collective activities and get export support by the TFHC team.

The health seminar will include key stakeholders from the Skåne region on how to navigate through the Swedish healthcare landscape; the private and public healthcare system, healthcare trends and possible collaboration opportunities in themes centered around Sustainability, eHealth and Hospital Build. This will be part of the additional activities organized on October 12th.

Site visits in the region of Malmö to public and/or private hospitals. This will be part of the additional activities organized on October 12th. 

Networking activities with both public and private local stakeholders, co-organized with the Dutch Embassy in Stockholm.

Participation fee

The cost of participating in the Nordic Conference on Sustainable Healthcare with additional collective site visits is € 950,- (Excl. VAT), per person.

This fee includes:

This fee includes participation in the collective programme, lunches and dinners when included as part of the programme and local support by the organizing parties. This fee excludes travel and accommodation costs (such as hotels, international and domestic transport) and all individual costs, such as lunches and dinners outside the programme.

You may be eligible for the Netherlands Enterprise Agency’s (RVO’s) Support International Business (SIB) Grant to (partly) fund your activities to increase your business opportunities in a specific foreign country.
As you will be participating in a “green” fair/mission, you may be eligible to apply for additional SIB funding. The grant can amount to a maximum of 80% of the eligible costs.

COVID-19 Clause

If any new developments occur with regards to COVID-19, there is a risk that the conference cannot take place on the planned date. A go/no-go will be given 6 weeks prior to the conference. If the travel advice changes to orange (necessary travels only), the conference will be cancelled or postponed.
