‘Starters International Business’ Export Coaching
Are you looking to expand your business activities abroad? Is export new to you, do you want to export to new markets, or do you just want to increase your export revenues? Task Force Health Care (TFHC) offers a coaching programme to start and professionalize your export activities. With the SIB Coaching Voucher of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl), this programme is completely free of charge.
In the SIB Export Coaching programme, you receive expert assistance to strengthen your international business development and increase your export revenues. You will be guided by two export coaches, being one experienced entrepreneur working in your niche market (see point 3) and one TFHC expert. In three coaching sessions, these experts will help you to structure, refine and validate your export strategy. After this programme, you will have an export plan and a concrete list of actions that will help you to become more successful in your target markets.
Approach & Deliverables
The SIB Export Coaching programme consists of 3 sessions (spanning 4-6 months on average). The content and pace of the programme will be tailored based on your level of experience, questions and needs. The following themes will be addressed:
- Export ambition & capacity
The coaches will reflect on the international ambition and organisational capacity of your organisation: What do you want to achieve and do you have the expertise, manpower and funds to do so? - Prioritization of countries and markets
The coaches will assist in determining your priority countries and markets by evaluating the market potential, opportunities and risks/barriers: Which markets should you expand to? When are you ready to enter these markets and in what order? - List of concrete actions & post-SIB available support
Finally, the coaches will help you to define concrete actions to enter and/or grow your activity in your target markets: What next steps should you take in order to develop business in a sustainable manner?

Costs and eligibility criteria
The SIB coaching programme costs EUR 2,500 (excl. VAT).
Voucher: The applying organization may be eligible to apply for a SIB Coaching Voucher, offered by the Dutch government through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl). With this voucher, the SIB coaching programme is free-of-charge for Dutch companies. The eligibility criteria:
- Your company qualifies as an SME. The SME self-assessment questionnaire helps to check if your company qualifies;
- Last year, not more than 25% of your sales were abroad, OR your company has been registered for no more than 5 years at the chamber of commerce;
- Your SME, or the fiscal unity that comprises your company among others, has not made use of this particular coaching voucher before.
Does your organisation receive state aid in the form of the de-minimis regulation? Or does your organisation belong to an umbrella network or group that receives this support? To qualify, the state aid of this current year and the previous two fiscal years cannot be more than € 200.000.

Voucher: The applying organization may be eligible to apply for a SIB Knowledge Voucher, offered by the Dutch government through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl). This voucher offers the applying organisation 50% subsidy of the costs with a maximum subsidy amount of €2.500.

Approach & Deliverables
The TFHC Health Business Dialogue creates an exclusive platform for single or small groups of Dutch companies to present their expertise and solutions to a select audience and network with chosen contacts. The thematic expertise of your organization will be matched to the health challenge and needs of the target group. The dialogue is focussed on creating a trusted environment for the exchange of knowledge on a particular health challenge or development.
The TFHC Business Dialogue consists of four parts (typically spanning 2 – 3 months).
- Preparation: Co-creating a Health~Holland Health Business Dialogue
TFHC and the applying Dutch organisation(s) will co-create the content, format and profile of the foreign key stakeholders to be involved. TFHC will draft a programme, format and longlist of relevant foreign key stakeholders. In consultation with you, TFHC will invite selected stakeholders to be involved in the dialogue. - Conducting the Health~Holland Health Business Dialogue
The dialogue consists of a programme part to increase mutual understanding, followed by break-out part with room for more specific, small-group interactions and/or one-on-one interaction with selected stakeholders. Until Summer 2021, dialogues will take place virtually (online). TFHC will be the host and in charge of the organisation and IT. - Reporting
A text writer will write an article about your Health Dialogue, your proposition and the interaction with guests. You can use this article for marketing & communication and it will be published via TFHC channels. - Post-Dialogue Follow-up & Evaluation

- Distributor search profile
Together with Luctor Medical and the local consultant, there will be a kick-off call to create a distributor search profile. - Longlist
Based on the distributor search profile, the local export consultant will search for potential distributors. The potential distributors will be put on a long list, which includes contact information and organization profiles. - Shortlist
A survey amongst potential distributors on the longlist will be carried out. By profiling the distributors on the longlist you will obtain a shortlist. The distributors on the shortlist fit in the tailor-made profile and are interested in your product(s) and/or service(s). - Report and presentation with TFHC and Luctor Medical
TFHC and Luctor Medical will present the results to you verbally and via a written report.

TFHC will conduct a stakeholder analysis for a specific target market. This analysis will provide information relevant for market entry, such as market structure and dynamics, (individual matchmaking with) relevant stakeholders, and recommendations. - Business partner profiling
Your organization may be in contact with different types of business partners. Together with TFHC, you will make a business partner search profile specified for your target market. Based on his business partner profile, TFHC can conduct a business partner search.
