The Netherlands | HLTH Europe 2025 – Dutch Innovator Village  

The Netherlands is quickly becoming the epicentre of global health innovation, and from 16 to 19 June, HLTH Europe will further solidify that reputation. With 5,000+ attendees from more than 50 countries, HLTH Europe is the perfect opportunity for Dutch health tech companies to expand their network and meet health providers, payers, investors, and government stakeholders from all over the world. The NL Pavilion – The Dutch Innovator Village – at HLTH Europe is the launchpad for Dutch startups and scaleups to showcase their innovation and your company can be part of it!

The Dutch Innovator Village 

Featuring up to 15 startup booths and 10 kiosks, the Dutch Innovator Village will showcase some of the brightest and boldest companies from across the health tech and life sciences innovation ecosystems in the Netherlands. Along with a central meeting area, the village will form a vibrant hub during HLTH Europe. As an exhibitor you can showcase your innovation in your personal booth or kiosk. In addition, networking activities and events will be organised in the Dutch Innovator Village to increase your reach and to (re-)connect with important stakeholders form the Life Sciences & Health (LSH) sector.

Prices for participation 

Two types of exhibition options are available 1) Company Kiosk and 2) Startup Light Booth. The Startup Light Booth is only available for companies who meet the eligibility criteria for a startup light booth; companies must be less than 5 years incorporated and have raised under €5 million in funding. 

1. Company Kiosk at a subsidized price of €5.000* (excl. VAT):  

  • Two staff tickets providing full access to HLTH Europe 
  • Listing on HLTH Europe website and the event platform 
  • Kiosk with counter and storage 
  • 32” monitor 
  • Printed graphic displaying company logo (logo only) 
  • One stool 
  • One standard electrical outlet and access to event Wi-Fi 

 

2. Startup Light Booth at a subsidized price of €1.500* (excl. VAT):  

  • Two staff tickets providing full access to HLTH Europe 
  • Listing on HTLH Europe Website and the event platform 
  • Startup Light Booth with company  name 
  • One stool 
  • One standard electrical outlet and access to event Wi-Fi 

*Get a 50% discount with RVO 

Get a 50% discount with the RVO Support International Business (SIB) Voucher. Bringing down the price of a Company Kiosk to €2.500 (excl. VAT) and a Startup Light Booth to €750 (excl. VAT). Please note that all exhibiting companies are required to obtain Public Liability (PL) Insurance with HLTH directly with a one off payment of €100. If you do not wish to participate in the policy issued to HLTH Europe, you can upload a copy of your existing Public Liability Insurance. If deemed adequate, the insurance fee will be credited. Registration

Registration is open up until Friday 18 April 2025. Please be advised that your registration and participation in this event are contingent upon the successful completion of the contract between TFHC and the conference organizer HLTH Inc.  

Registration for the event does not guarantee participation, as it will be subject to the availability of (preferred) booth spaces. A limited number of booths spaces are available. The organizing parties reserve the right to make a selection in the event of an excess of applications for the number of available spots. A definitive admission and allocation of booth spaces will be communicated no later than the end of April.
