OncoInv is a multi-cancer detection (MCD) technology provider and program enabler. We bring advanced cancer detection technology into real-world healthcare settings, with a focus on accessibility and global health equity. Our core technology, OncoSeek®, is a multi-cancer detection tool that generates a probability-of-cancer score and a tissue of origin indication across nine high-impact cancer types. OncoSeek® provides clinically relevant signals that help identify individuals who may benefit from further diagnostic evaluation and structured follow-up. That distinction defines the boundaries of responsible use and determines what structured clinical follow-up must look like. OncoInv works exclusively through authorised distribution and implementation partners who are responsible for program design, clinical governance and local market access.
Our Story
Most cancers in low- and middle-income countries are detected at late stages, when treatment is costly and outcomes are poor. Existing cancer detection approaches are often single-cancer, inaccessible, or not designed for program-scale deployment. OncoInv identified the opportunity to bridge advanced biomarker science and real-world healthcare implementation, not by only selling a test, but by enabling structured detection programs through local partners with the clinical, regulatory and operational expertise to implement them responsibly.
OncoSeek® is built on a substantial patient validation study, with findings published in leading peer-reviewed journals. This evidence-informed foundation has enabled OncoInv to develop implementation partnerships across multiple countries and regions, spanning diverse healthcare settings and income contexts. Our approach demonstrates that structured, partner-led multi-cancer detection programs are operationally viable and can be adapted to local healthcare realities.
Role of TFHC
Task Force Health Care provides OncoInv with a platform to present our work to an international audience of healthcare and industry stakeholders. Participating in TFHC events such as trade missions gives us the opportunity to increase our visibility, connect with relevant parties in target markets, and position OncoInv as a credible program enabler in the global conversation on early cancer detection.
Results & Next Steps
OncoInv has established an initial international footprint, with authorised partners implementing multi-cancer detection programs across multiple countries and income settings. OncoSeek® is made available exclusively in settings where a structured program can be responsibly established and operated. Local partners are responsible for the design and implementation of those programs; OncoInv provides the technology that makes them possible. Our validation evidence base is published and peer-reviewed. We are supported by Inspire2Live, a global network of patient advocates active in over 50 countries, and operate with the backing of mission-aligned investors and institutional support.
Our next steps focus on deepening existing partner relationships and expanding into new markets, with particular interest in Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. OncoInv continues to expand its international partner network, making its multi-cancer detection technology available in an increasing number of healthcare settings worldwide. In parallel, OncoInv is engaging with strategic investors to accelerate the deployment of partner-led programs, strengthen clinical validation efforts and support responsible scaling across international markets.
